About

Welcome! I’m Erin, an experienced yoga instructor helping people discover the transformative power of movement and mindfulness.

Erin first began exploring yoga as a teenager through VHS yoga videos from the local public library. An adventurer at heart, Erin traveled the world solo and lived in both Central America and Southeast Asia. In 2012, she was able to fulfill a lifelong dream to travel to India, where she completed her 200-hour teacher training in Rishikesh, India, a holy city at the source of the Ganga river. After completing her initial training, Erin taught in studios across Philadelphia and directed Yoga on the Banks, a large outdoor yoga program, for 12 years.

With over 1,200 class hours across 15 years of teaching experience, Erin’s focus is on teaching yoga as embodiment, a coming home to your body and your breath. Her teaching offers accessible and creative movement, empowering balance and strength, and a playful spirit. Erin believes that yoga is a system of freedom and a lifelong practice: There are no perfect poses – just the shape your body makes today.

I’ve been very committed to keeping classes accessible – a place where all peoples and bodies and ages and practice levels can enjoy – a lighthearted community experience that focuses on breathing and moving and touching our local green space.
